beauty and the beast
so take a 250k chandelier that weighs 300kgs and is covered in swarofski crystal, stick it in a warehouse with a guy angle grinding = great fun. any time fire is involved i develop a smile very quickly a recent shoot for a client who make top end chandeliers...their shoots are always a nightmare as one cant use a flash on crystals (way to much reflection) so its natural light only...which is particularly difficult when they want to do a staff portrait next to this unit which this shoot was for ... this shot and a few others where some quick snaps whilst everyone got ready for the portrait shot. all their shoots so far have been in the factory trying to get that sexy chandelier look offset against the factory industrial setting. i processed this with a half tone effect...effectively laying over a bw gradient map on 50% opacity over the original colour version. again i must apolgise for being so absent of late...its not likely to change till at least the year end now...not that i am complaining, its just i miss talking photo with all you folks. At least i will have a great time looking thru archives soon take care and see you soon
